Marketplace preparation
Organize GPSR information before submitting it to Amazon.
Amazon’s public seller guidance separates manufacturer and responsible-person information from warning and safety documents. EU Listing Check helps you prepare a consistent product record before using Amazon’s current submission tools.

Match the correct product
Record the product name, type, identifier and Amazon listing reference so information is not applied to the wrong item.
Keep contact details reusable
Save a reviewed manufacturer profile and link it only to the products it actually covers.
Resolve the conditional section
When the manufacturer is outside the EU, organize the applicable responsible-person details before submission.
Keep product-specific files separate
Warnings and safety material can differ between products even when the same manufacturer contact is reused.
Why catalogue organization matters
Amazon states that manufacturer and responsible-person information can be submitted in bulk, while warning and safety images or documents may need individual product submission. That makes reusable contact profiles helpful—but it also makes careful product matching important.
- Reuse contacts, not assumptions.A shared manufacturer does not mean every product has the same identifier, warning or safety document.
- Review incomplete products first.Sort the workspace by missing information so catalogue gaps are visible before export or submission.
- Keep an independent backup.Download the workspace backup before a large import or catalogue revision.
- Confirm Amazon’s latest workflow.Seller Central fields and submission methods can change.
Important boundary
EU Listing Check is not connected to Amazon, does not upload compliance information and cannot confirm Amazon acceptance. It organizes your records; the seller remains responsible for accurate submissions and applicable product-specific rules.
