Manufacturer contact
Name or trade name, postal address and an electronic address you have reviewed.
Responsible person details
When applicable, the EU-based responsible person’s name, postal address and electronic address.
Warnings and language
The warnings or safety information applicable to that product and the countries where it is offered.
A sensible Etsy workflow
- Create or import the product record.Keep each Etsy listing or variant traceable to the correct item.
- Resolve the missing sections.The audit shows which answers prevent the record reaching 100% information completeness.
- Download or copy the prepared information.Use the marketplace preparation output as a working block, then check it against Etsy’s current fields.
- Recheck after product changes.A new manufacturer, material, warning or variant can make an older record unreliable.
